Every evening and every night, in front of more than 2000 people, the organization presents artists mainly from the European blues scene and from the previous European Blues Challenges. This year we had on the festival stage artists like Sahra da Silva (Denmark – EBC 2022), The Sunnysiders (Croatia – IBC 2011), Amiya (Poland), Blue Deal (Germany – IBC/EBC 2024), Noa & The Hell Drinkers (Spain – EBC Winner 2023), Marius Lien Band (Norway), From Brothers Band (Sweden) … At the same time, the concerts are broadcast live on the radio at rockradio.de
A great example of support for the European blues scene which also demonstrates that festivals are not obliged to book artists from the USA to satisfy the public, even if US and Canadian artists are always welcome in Europe !
We are sure than many other festival should follow this example. The EBU always support cross mobility of european artists and support collaboration between festivals and music organization in the European Union.
