Held in an area with a fairytale landscape, the fifth edition of the Open Air Blues in the garden festival achieved all its goals: fairytale performances with artists who came to Romania for the first time, artists who gladly returned to the festival, great weather and lots and lots of blues love! Krissy Matthews (UK), Alexandru Gavrilă (RO) and Jamell Richardson (US) offered two free guitar master class sessions for children and young people in the area.

“The story of a festival” – the book written by the writer Marius Manta – was launched in the preamble of the festival, on August 22, and the painting camp “Chromatic and musical harmonies” took place throughout the festival, with the opening on Sunday, August 25.
Open Air Blues In The Garden, an event marked “Made in Darmănești”, which annually supports blues culture and music.
