The story of the Blues In The Garden Festival has reached season 6, one eagerly awaited by most festivalgoers. Their expectations were fully met by a lineup with 2 Grammy-winning artists (Judith Hill and Sheryl Youngblood), an 8-time British Blues Awards nominee for “Best Harmonica Player” and “Instrumentalist of the Year (Will Wilde), an exceptional guitarist, included in the top 50 guitarists on the planet of all time (Eric Johanson), a young man to whom Buddy Guy and John Primer once said “youth, you have to take the blues further!” (Jamiah Rogers), but also with guests who are in full affirmation or who are returning to the game (Ellis Mano Band, Thomas Heppell, Santiago Periotti, Circle Of Mud, Johanna Red, Kat Pearson), Ana Pătan received the Blues in the garden Hall of Fame 2025, for her entire career and for her contribution to the promotion of blues culture and music, and the Romanian band Leoaia, offered the young people who participated last year in the Guitar Master Class offered by their teacher Alexandru Gavril, the chance to go up on the main stage of the festival, at its opening.
The artistic creation camp, with invited painters from Romania and the Republic of Moldova – Chromatic and Musical Harmonies – also held its second edition, in the preamble and during the festival.
A successful season, full of challenges but also of hope, in an increasingly agitated world.
