Norwegian blues favourites and European Blues Union active member band, Spoonful of Blues, are back with a brand new album, “Live At Dexter”.
The new album is a live recording from the band’s tour of Denmark in February 2026, captured at their concert at Musikkhuset Dexter in Odense. “Live at Dexter” documents the fire of their live shows, and clearly illustrates why audiences have embraced the band so warmly.
“Wherever they play, Spoonful of Blues is first and foremost about havin’ a rockin’ blues party. The finest live recordings capture a perfect musical moment in time that makes you wish you’d been there; Live At Dexter does exactly that.”
Art Tipaldi – Blues Music Magazine

The band is on fire, drawing the audience into the world of Spoonful of Blues. When vocalist and harmonica player Jostein Forsberg counts off “Three Forks Store,” as song number three, the music creates a perfect symbiosis between the stage and the audience.
